Patriarchy, gender and stories by Dinko Šimunović

Abstract

The paper analyzes three stories by Dinko Simunović – Muljika, Alkar, Duga, which illustrate a tight and closed patriarchal order and its consequences. The patriarchal order is based on ideological, biological and sociological principles, which represent three levels on which patriarchy is analyzed in the context of these works.
